WILL BATES, # 12 – Will returns for his fourth season with FC America, joining six of his teammates as original OMNI players. In 2004-2005 Will was one of our most consistent performers, appearing in 44 of 49 matches played. Playing primarily at left mid, Will averaged 40 minutes a game. He scored 3 goals and had 2 assists. For his OMNI career, Will has appeared in 158 matches, with 5 goals and 19 assists. In 2005, Will returns to the outside left mid position, while also serving as our back-up keeper. ELI BEATES, # 22 – Eli also returns for his fourth season with FC America, coming off an outstanding 2004-2005 season that culminated with his second straight Offensive MVP award. Playing in only 39 games at left forward due to injuries, Eli averaged 65 minutes with a new team record 35 goals, adding on 7 assists, while providing an intimidating presence inside the six-yard box. For his OMNI career, Eli has appeared in 145 matches, scoring 78 goals with 17 assists. In 2005 we look for Eli to do even more offensively from the left forward position. ALEX BISBEE, # 9 – Alex also returns for his fourth season with FC America as the team’s central midfielder. Alex appeared in 43 matches, averaging 65 minutes a game. He had 11 goals and 1 assist, and once again dominating the central mid-field with his incredible intensity. For his FCA career, Alex has appeared in 151 matches with 64 goals and 16 assists to his credit, while sharing our team record with 4 goals in one game. PEDRO D’AVILIA, #21- Pedro is a brand new FC America player, joining us from Orange County. Pedro is a gifted ball handler with excellent field vision, and will add to the creativity of our attack out of the central midfield position. Pedro is our second State ODP player. LUKE DAVIS, # 23 – Another fourth year returning player, Luke finished 2004-2005 with 11 goals in 47 appearances. Luke averaged 40 minutes, and added 5 assists from the forward position. For his FC America career, Luke has appeared in 159 matches, with 70 goals and 25 assists, and is the third member to have share of our team record 4 goals in game. JUAN DUARTE, JR., # 14 – Juan is a second year FC America player, looking to follow up on his outstanding first year with the OMNI. A big strong left sided player, Juan is also excellent on the ball and deceptively quick. Juan finished 2004-2005 with a ledger of 48 games played averaging 50 minutes a game while rotating between left fullback and left outside mid. He had 3 goals and 1 assist. ERICK HAMANN, # 10 – Erick returns for his fourth year with the OMNI as our defensive mainstay at sweeper. In 2004-2005 Erick won his third straight Defensive MVP. Erick was also an Iron man, appearing in 49 matches while averaging 59.9 minutes, playing the entire game in 46 of our 49 matches. He is our career Iron Man having appeared in all 164 matches we have played. In 2004-2005 Erick had 11 goals and 1 assist, with career totals of 26 goals and 12 assists, and he remains one of our steadiest, most consistent performers.
MITCH HANLEY, # 7 -
Mitch returns for his third season with
FC America after having established himself as one of our finest
players. Mitch was the 2004-2005 Team MVP. Playing both the midfield and
forward positions, Mitch appeared in 44 games, averaging 65 minutes. He
had 25 goals and 11 assists, while helping define our team's toughness
with his physical presence in the midfield. For his FCA career Mitch has
44 goals and 22 assists - while appearing in 122 matches. ANDRES “PEPE” JARA, #6- Pepe returns to begin his first full season with FCA, adding an important dimension of size, speed and strength to our back line. A deceptively quick defender, Pepe appeared in 20 games in Spring averaging 60 minutes while adding 1 assist from the deep back line. JHON LABRADOR, #15 - Jhon returns for his second full season with FC America, after appearing in 48 matched averaging 61 minutes a game in 2004-2005. Playing both out of the central midfield, and at forward, Jhon had 14 goals and a team leading 14 assists while constantly confusing his opponents with his ball handling skills. Jhon was also our third 2004-2005 State ODP player. DYLAN SCRUGGS, #3 - Dylan also returns for his second season with FC America. Playing as an outside midfielder, Dylan averaged 28 minutes a game while appearing in 46 matches, scoring 1 goal and adding 1 assist. One of our scrappiest players, Dylan surprises many opponents with his tenacity and unrelenting effort.
