Scott Brody

Scott is a nationally licensed coach with US Soccer and in his second year with FC America. After receiving FYSA Boys Coach of the Year in 2005, Brody was awarded the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Boys Eastern Regional Coach of the Year in 2006. As a player, Brody grew up in South Florida and was a Region III ODP Player. Scott accepted a soccer scholarship to American University in Washington DC, later transferring to UNLV to play two more years. There Scott earned Academic All Conference Awards his Junior and Senior season as a midfielder for the Runnin' Rebels. After a brief career playing indoor soccer, Scott played one season in Colorado for the APSL. Knee surgeries and wanting to start a family with wife Carol, ended Scott's career and allowed him to get into coaching. He is regarded as one of the top coaches in Central Florida, and his players are considered some of the best in the state. Scott coaches two outstanding youth teams at FC America, and lives in Orlando with Carol and their three kids.
