FC America U10 Girls In Round of 16 at U11 Region Cup!

February 14,  2010 ... FC America's U10 Girls Kumba Fear is the only U10 Girls team accepted to play U11 Region Cup. The youngest and smallest team claimed the only Wildcard spot this past weekend at the U11 Girls Region B Cup in Vero Beach.

The FC America Girls were amazing all weekend, and turned heads with their control, touch, ball movement and heart. Numerous parents and coaches were impressed with the girls, and how much heart and teamwork they play with.  

FC America's U10's beat Ormond Beach 4-0 in their first game, catching everyone by surprise. They then lost 2-0 to a big, strong Palm Bay team. The girls came back Sunday with a 1-1 tie against First Coast, who had not been scored on all weekend.

The U10's now head to the Region Cup Round of 16 in Ocala, February 27-28. Great job girls!
