FC America Omni VSC Red Brings Home the U13 Region B Championship March 29, 2010 ... Playing with a passion unmatched by their opponents the FC America Red U13 boys marched their way to the Region B Crown. The team has progressively improved throughout the year and with the championship within their grasp they would not be denied. Playing a very determined CFU team in the semi-finals, the team found itself down 1-0 before the first water break but as their constant pressure and team play wore down their foe. The boys scored 4 unanswered goals before conceding a last minute goal (4-2). The finals was a rematch against Space Coast Elite 302. The results were the same as FC America brought home the crown as best in Region B 2-1.
Now the team will prepare to represent the region in the president’s cup
for state bragging rights.
